Subject: Stripped down Weir/Wasserman
This show preceded Bill Clinton's first inauguration, and was part of the America's Reunion on the Mall Concert. It's just Bob on acoustic guitar and Rob Wasserman on standup bass.
Bob's voice is a little ragged here-- He had surgery later in the year for vocal polyps. Still, it's great to hear Rob Wasserman's bass playing in excellent quality and stripped down form.
The bass solo contains multiple teases of the Rolling Stones' "Satisfaction".
Bob optimistically introduces Throwing Stones by saying "Maybe this song is obsolete". We could only wish.
